Breakdown of A-dub's Hit on Edwards from the Bills' Point of View
Brian Galliford, at Buffalo Rumblings, does a great job breaking down the play that knocked Trent Edwards out of the game. He not only looks at the hit and aftermath that followed but also sets up the play before the snap and what led to Adrian Wilson racing toward the quarterback completely untouched. He also explains whether or not Wilson should be fined and/or suspended....check it out.

Brian did a great job on his analysis
We all leave footprints in the sands of time, just watch out for the discarded fish hooks!
Checked that earlier
I had a look at that after Brian mentioned it – wow great analysis of the whole play.
I have never played football bar once with a few guys from work playing flag football but it is amazing how complex every play is. The way the blitz was disguised and the routes run by each of the offence being timed so precisely is cool.
I wondered why the tight end and the WR who were both on A-Dubs side of the play just let him continue on but I suppose the fact that the QB could see him coming should have allowed him to take evasive action. He decided to make the play (which he did successfully) instead of taking that evasive action and thus the clean hit with the QB
not having time to protect himself.
good point
Believe me, even those of us that played are amazed at how complex the strategies and counter-strategies are at the professional level (at least I am).
