Pacman Jones, appearing on a CFL roster near you…..SOON! Isn’t that where all the NFL “bad boys” end up eventually? Laurence Phillips? Ricky Williams? Or will I be seeing him on the afl2’s Stockton Lightning roster next spring? I expect this is only going to fuel 10-minute segments on all the pre-games shows this week and all the NFL bad boys will be drudged up in review. Terrible television. He’ll play though as there’s no such thing as “bad publicity” in the mind of Jerry Jones.

I’m satisfied with the trend of these “type” of players ending up on a team I already despise. Schadenfrueden at its finest.

but two guys in a hotel bathroom together at midnight is probably drug related. This would be my guess if this guy was part of Pacman’s entourage.

 If this is a team chaperone however, he may have been instructed to follow Jones everywhere, which could easily irritate Jones enough to cause confrontation.

“Pacman” Jones and Ricky Williams should not even be compared in their violations. I am not condoning or agreeing with Ricky Williams behavior, but it’s wasn’t like the dude was doing massive amounts of harsh drugs. He was exploring medicinal purposes of Marijuana, and I’m not joking either. Ricky is going to school to be a holistic medical Dr. and used marijuana for different purposes including a natural muscle relaxer. If you have watched the old movie "Pumping Iron" with Lou Ferrigno or Schwarzenegger they amongst other bodybuilders often smoke pot because it is less damaging and a more effective muscle relaxer. Williams is an educated, hippyesque man with a considerable ability to play the game of football.
"Pacman" on the other hand is a straight up thug, and should have been out of the league along with Chris Henry and others a long time ago. They are not good ambassadors for the game of football and are not the kind of men worthy of ten years olds wearing their jerseys. At least Williams made a conscious decision to hold off on his exploration of alternative medicine for bayed by western laws while wearing a Dolphins jersey for the second time.
I know I sort of went off on a tangent, but I think what was portrayed by the media in Ricky Williams case was not all the facts or motives that truly went on and I think he got a bad rap because he is actually a pretty educated, respectable guy.
