IND – jacksonville will not stun the colts again.. even if theyre at home this time.
DAL – resurgent dallas will charge into the playoffs with another victory.
CIN – toss-up really.. both teams stink.
NO – sorry lions. not this week.
PIT – steelers proved they could beat the ravens and they’ll stun the titans on the road.
MIA – pennington (possible afc mvp candidate) will lead the way.
SF – even without frank gore, niners will prevail.
ARI – cardinals playing in foxborough for the 4th seed. score will be real high.
TB – bucs too much for the chargers.
DEN – jp losman looks lost, man. (awesome joke)
HOU – i love matt schaub.
SEA – qwestfield still one of the hardest places to play. seneca wallace will upset the overrated jets.
MIN – vikings have been rolling lately. williams twins will shut down turner.
PHI – redskins are spiralling down the toilet.
NYG – winner gets the #1 seed.. and giants will stay number 1 after this one.
CHI – bears will win by 100

I’m pretty sure the Cards are a fourth by default because they are division champs. They can’t go down, only up.

you know that kid on your high school b-ball team who just kept throwing up 3-point prayers no matter how many bricks and air balls he shot…….well here I go:

IND – no contest
BAL – They knock Romo out early and upset Dallas in the last game at Texas Stadium
CIN – the Brownies are really hurting with Dorsey at QB
DET – They finally win a game since NO is officially eliminated and Bush is gone for the season
ARI – Winning on the East Coast? What a concept
PIT – They win and clinch the #1 seed in the AFC
SF – They’re playing much better and STL just wants the season to end
KC – They blew it last week but they finish the game this week and get the W
TB – Tampa’s got too much for the Not-so-Superchargers
DEN – easy pick
NYJ – I still don’t like them but they’re better than the Hawks
HOU – If only they could throw out the first month of the season
MIN – TJ proves he’s more than just a Cardinal-killer
PHI – hottest team in the NFL? maybe, but even if they’re not, they’re better than the Skins
CAR – hottest team in the NFL? maybe, we’ll find out
CHI – still alive in the North but they have to win out

Cleveland (Mulled this one over for awhile…but Cincinnati is only competitive at home against the NFC East?!)

Kansas City (-25° F with the wind chill, coldest game ever in Dolphin history…go Chiefs!)

Chicago (Gah, I hate the Bears too but….go Bears! Take the crown from the Vikings!)

This is my Bludweiser Blood Bowl League of America’s eighth championship weekend and the house will be full rooting for either the Placerville Pixies or the US Swordsmen…so I don’t expect to have many chances to chime in with the game thread. Enjoy the game folks, as best as you can.
