Happy Holidays, Revenge of the Birds! I hope you've had a chance to extract yourself from your real egg nog, spiced rum, and gin fizzes long enough to realize that the "abortion" of a game the Cardinals played during Week 16 was duplicated in our Pick'em League. Congratulations go to CardsIrish and KDean75 for pulling their own meaningless 78-yard TDs to finish 9-7 for the week. The rest of us, well, let's just say our prediction accuracies took a snow brick to the face. Red Reign has a comfortable one percent lead as it would take a stellar week for myself to catch him and a perfect week of picks for AJ. It's a good thing he has to pick the final two weeks to qualify (thanks for the reminder AJ). So, I'll hold the final congratulations for next week. ::big smile::

ATL- Even the Cardinals can beat St. Louis
CHI- Has much more to play for than Houston’s spoiler role
NYG- Minny has more to play for but Coughlin likes to enter the playoffs hot
CAR – NO the only team in the division with nothing to play for
PIT – after losing a big game, they will beat up on the Browns
TB – gotta love that nfc south this year
IND – Hot streak and Tennessee’s slowin down
GB – Detroit will be 0-16, go ahead… CROWN THEIR ASSES!
NE – See CAR, New Orleans
CIN – actually playing half assed decent, who would have thought
BAL – fighting for a wildcard
NYJ – Miami beat 4 in a row, 4 bad teams in a row
AZ – Need to play for respect. the kind of false sense of respect only beating Seattle will bring you

darn.

i didn’t submit my picks this week in fear that i would have another 8-8 week and lower my percentage. i checked how my picks were doing on yahoo and i’ve picked 13 correct so far. this sucks :[
