Congratulations badmatty53, for this week's most accurate set of picks. This was a week of upsets, both on the field and behind our respective pro-Cardinals keyboards. Better luck on both fronts next week. Our Cardinals guru, cgolden, has been steady with his picks and his consistency finds himself atop the Pick'em Standings.

No more "cute" picks
Once again I’m going to be “AFK” next week, this time getting sent to the southern Sierra Nevadas, so I’ll post a partial results Sunday night after the Steelers/Jaguars game.
Tennessee (I’d pick the Ravens normally but no more cute picks)
Chicago (Detroit will not suddenly improve on the field with the crap Millen accumulated)
Green Bay (I wanna pick Atlanta, especially with Rodgers dinged but….no more cute picks)
Carolina (Does LJ have another 200 yards in him this week?)
San Diego (Long road trip against a team with a little swagger after Brown’s Paddy Driscol impersonation)
Philadelphia (The town will be geeked up on Phillies and wanting to redeem after last week)
NY Giants (Do us the favour and keep Seattle frustrated Giants)
Indianapolis (I’d like to pick Houston in thier first home game but….you know)
Denver (Because they’re at home only)
Buffalo (I’d love to pick Arizona but…)
San Francisco (Goodbye share of first place…Steve Young is in the stadium and Aeneas isn’t)
Dallas (This will be laugher, especially when TO complains about only being in 50% of the plays this week)
Pittsburgh (Garrard will struggle)
New Orleans (Remember when we thought the Vikings were “da bomb”? Leading the queue [sorry, line, SanAntone] of WTF teams this year)
We all leave footprints in the sands of time, just watch out for the discarded fish hooks!

What an egg I dropped this week. In my office pool I am one of the leaders through week 4 but apparently it hasn’t transfered over to ROTB. Oh, and uh yes, I am still a Homer after last week. I think they’re going to win this one though before dropping one to Dal.

WAS – another nfc east opponent not named the giants for the redskins to beat.
CAR – KC is so awful this year, but LJ will get his.
CHI – orton and forte will feast on DET’s defense.
GB – with or without rodgers, the packers will win.
TEN – another battle of stout defenses, and TEN will come away with this one.
SD – i think this game will be close.
IND – after losing two weeks ago, they’ll come back with a win.
NYG – can i say 4-0 giants?! i think so.
DEN – tampa shut down aaron rodgers, but aaron isn’t cutler.
BUF – i think trent edwards will destroy our secondary. sorry :/
DAL – last week might’ve been a fluke loss, so they’ll bounce back.
SF – upset of the week, might not be since new england isn’t great anymore.
PIT – two good defenses, pit by 3.
NO – drew brees will pick away at the puny minn secondary.
