RotB Pick'em: Week 11 Results & Thanksgiving/UFL Championship/Super Bowl Preview Week
Week 11 proved to be a consensus week for most participants with the Thursday and Monday games being the "swing" games. Bezekira and Red Reign went into Monday 7-0 but Kris Brown's inability to kick field goals gave Bezekira the second "perfect" week in Pick'em history and the full Week Won Point. SenSurround's seven correct gets him into the lead with Bezekira and Drullin'OverDaCards close behind.

When Thomaldo, Irishcardinal, Red Reign, and myself are predicting seven games correctly I have to rethink my logic for picking games the following week. The three Thanksgiving Games are on the schedule as is the United Football League's "Premiere" Season Championship Game. Remember, all eight games need to be picked before the Lions' game kick-off...so make your picks now! This is an elimination week for Giannaros and don f.

Green Bay (Culpepper’s last chance to flail around to a national audience)
Dallas (Okay, we get Detroit, it’s tradition, but WTF is Oakland on Thanksgiving?! I loath both teams!)
NYGiants (Seems to be a lot of blue and orange going down the toilet lately [Chicago too])
Orlando (Tuskers are 6-0…Locomotives 4-2…not sure 15,000 LV fans will create a home field advantage.)
Tennessee (This pick will likely change BUT picking against the Cards on road has been working so far.)
Jacksonville (Glad we played the Jags early.)
Pittsburgh (After the Chiefs loss I’m thinking the Steelers are irked.)
New Orleans (Home team, Belechick will start punting on third down thinking he’s in the CFL.)
We all leave footprints in the sands of time, just watch out for the discarded fish hooks!
Going with Baltimore over Pit too...
Third string starting QBs only worked in SF (where is Steve Bono when you need him?)
We all leave footprints in the sands of time, just watch out for the discarded fish hooks!
Going to Niagara Falls for the holiday weekend,
so I figure I’ll include comments this week.
GB—(without Stafford after an emotional win—Det falls apart)
Dal—(Oak beat Philly and Cinn @ home—they wont win on the road)
NJ Giants—(Den wasn’t as good as that 6-0 start made them seem)
LV—(haven’t seen any games—don’t know any players or coaches—but Vegas is a better Vacation than Disney)
Cards—(I’m benching Warner on my fantasy squad—hoping the Defense comes thru big time this week)
SF—(potential AFC playoff team—got waxed by the Cards and Seat—STL took them to OT)
BAlt—(even if Ben plays—Balt will blitz and hit him early and often)
NE—(got hope No loses a couple so we get a shot @ home field)

Two perfect weeks in a row will cement my legacy.......
GB – No brainer
DAL – Ditto
NYG – Is it just me or does this look like a really bad slate of Turkey day games?
ORL – ?
ARI - Picked them every other week….
SF – I guess I’ll take the home squad
PIT – Which Pitt team will show up…..against their rival I’m thinking the good one
NO – undefeated team has to lose eventually against the home team theory?
Be careful....to a hammer, everything looks like a nail.
I disappeared from the standings, but i'll keep picking

No band-wagoner fans allowed, pick a team and stick with em, throughout the good and the bad.
I think I went 7-1 last week
And you put me as 5-3
I'll double-check, what I have in the spread sheet is a 5-3 set of picks...
…but I could have easily read someone else’s picks and put them on your line. Wouldn’t be the first time. :P

San Fran – Im goin with them again
steelers – they need a win, Big Ben should play
pats – will take the upset
What? I didn't break it, I was just testing its durability, and then I placed it in the woods becuase it's made out of wood and I just thought he should be with his family.
Revenge of the Birds
I'll update my UFL pick to orlando

Revenge of the Birds
Tuskers have been scoring tons of points on their way to a 6-0 record
And that’s about all I know about the Tuskers. Oh, they have a pig snout for a stripe on their helmets. I will give the UFL credit for “unique” uniform designs.

Should have stuck with Vegas
They won in OT, 20-17. It was an entertaining game from the fourth quarter on.

After hours of in depth research
I change my UFL pick to the Florida (Orlando) Brooks Bollingers
Gonna have to change my ari/ten pick
I have to change my pick, i’ll take vince young and texas over matt leinart and usc in the national title game. (TEN instead of ARI)

Maybe I'll let my wife pick.
GB- Why is Detroit still playing on Thanksgiving. Barry Sanders is retired.
Dal- But Bruce should make it interesting.
NYG- Den must be back on the sauce.
Orl- I always drive by their home games, but have never seen a game.
Ari- Should I even respond.
Jax- One more game behind would really help us.
Bal- Just not a Pit believer.
NO- My toughest pick this week.

I had intended to do a ex-Cardinals watch in the UFL...
…but my move squelched that thought of accomplishing that. Adam Bergen plays for Vegas, as does Marcel Shipp, Josh Scobey, Tim Rattay, Wendell Bryant, and Ross Kolodziej. Michael Pittman and Chris Greisen (remember him?!) play for Florida/Orlando. If you’re finding yourself home alone while the better half fights the Black Friday masses, check out the game on Versus or online at the UFL’s site.
