RotB Pick'em: Week 14 Results & Week 15 Picks

Another rough week for many as the Browns and 49ers assured everyone of at least two incorrect picks. Still, four participants were able to sweep the remaining six games so azcardswinez, Bezekira, RottPhiler, and StuckinColorado share the Week Won Point. The leader board has had some movement from top to bottom while a few held their ground by not picking and have solidified their position for the final run. This is the last week you can willingly sit out and hold your standing as the following two weeks are mandatory pick weeks. Remember, have your full picks submitted before the Thursday kick-off time to count for the week; there's a Saturday game this week too.

Beze can let it ride for a week. Next week the games all need to be picked before the 7 PM ET kick-off of the Titans/Chargers game on Christmas Day. If anyone misses next week you’re eliminated entirely as the last two weeks are mandatory to qualify for the championship.

Indianapolis (Manning starts but plays for how long? Who is the back-up with Sorgi on IR?)
New Orleans (Kinda like to see the Saints lose one but not to the ‘Boys.)
Cleveland (I was going to change my pick to them last week, but KC may get the nod once I hear the talking heads’ take on the game.)
NYJets (Falcons string on non-consecutive winning seasons looks safe.)
Arizona (Have never won at Ford Field and haven’t beaten Lions in MI since ‘98. Time to bring out the whooping stick.)
San Diego (Bengals have been a nice “feel good” story but the Chargers are scary hot right now.)
Minnesota (I guess Favre is a rating magnet more than a Bengals/Chargers game.)
Washington (Redskins offense is really hitting it’s stride. Better late than never for Zorn.)

I have taken too many upset picks. Think I am going to win the basement.

JAC – Indy has to lose at some point.
DAL – Orleans has not been finishing strong the last few games.
CLE – They will try to win again.
ATL – Sanchez will falter.

I'll be taking the preseason pick'em approach by trying to have the worst record. Maybe that will help me.

JAC – Going for the upset
Dal – will snap that streak
KC – Don’t think you can go wrong either way here.
ATl – Gettin the win here
ARI – Ok can’t go against the Cards
CIN – they will play hard against a good SD team
Car – No Delhomme is good for this team
Was – They’ll ruin NYG’s playoff hopes

Ind- Will Peyton play more than the 1st half?
NO- Garret should have taken the HC job when he had a chance. The offense looks stagnant. Kinda looks like when Sean Payton ran the offense, Right?
KC- 1 of only 3 home picks. Very tough.
ATL- Ryan and Turner are back.
Zona- WHAT!!!
Cin- My prayers to Chris Henry’s family. I see inspired ball on Sunday.
Min- Battle of the RBs. Too bad the OL will have a lot to do with it.
NYG- I know. I know. Every time I pick them they lose. At this point who cares.

The 49ers are dead to me...

…and I wouldn’t want anyone who picked the 49ers to bias any future interaction with said person. ::wink:: Besides, Browns/Chiefs is such a better head-scratcher game, so much so we have our first predicted tie. Sadly the UFL Championship game is already come and gone but if blank_38 is correct he’ll win tickets to next year’s game, if the UFL is still around.
