Around SBN: Tottenham's Plans for Northumberland Stadium Approved

You heard it right, Larry Fitzgerald wins MVP at the 2009 NFL Pro Bowl. It's just another stat/award that he can add to his ever-growing resume. Larry caught 5 catches for 81 yards and 2 touchdowns, including a 46 yard bomb from Drew Brees to end the first half. As for the other Cardinals, every one else was pretty silent. Warner only completed 1 pass. For highlights, click here.

Did you really expect anything less?

And the fact that he did this with two other QBs might help Matt case. Noone thinks Matt can make those throws, but Fitz proves that all you need to do is just put it in the air and get your popcorn ready to enjoy the show. Yeah you guys may counter that Brees is all world, and he is. But Opie just plain sucks to me. I think he’s so overrated and is a system QB. A system that runs the ball and needs him to just not lose it. I hhaaaattttteeeee hhiimm!!

True.

I think he can be good but a good case is that when Burress went down, Eli’s production slipped.

So....

who makes it to the HoF first? Kurt Warner, or Larry Fitzgerald?

At this pace..

We may see Fitz get in first.

Larry is still a young man

He should be still be playing after Warner is HoF eligible (7 years at least?). Kurt is elected in 2018 and Larry could be chasing Rice’s records by then.

We all leave footprints in the sands of time, just watch out for the discarded fish hooks!
