Ronnie Brown
Would trading Boldin for Ronnie Brown and a pick (or not) intrigue anyone?
Here's a really interesting article on Brown from the National Football Post.

Would be intersting
Brown is a very good back. I don’t know if I would do it strait up for Brown but I would definitely consider it.
brown's very interesting
I wouldn’t do it straight up but if they threw in a second or third, I’d do it. He’s great when healthy.
I wouldn't
I still think the only scenario that moves Boldin is a 1st and a 3rd, I think the rest is everyone’s imagination on overdrive. Whisenhunt said they’d listen to offers for Boldin, but that their first option was to get him locked up in a new deal. I haven’t seen or heard anything that would lead me to believe that any of that has changed. Ok, guys like John Clayton and Peter King won’t seem to let it die, and anytime the Eagles vaguely imply moving their other first round pick (something I really doubt will happen) I hear it, but I mean I haven’t heard anything credible.
Indeed
This is one of the more viable player for player trades anyone has brought up. Miami needs a wide out and we need a good running back. I like ronnie brown, but i think our offense would still be more effective with Fitz, Boldin, and Breaston, with a rookie like Donald Brown splitting carries with Hightower.
however
I also wouldn’t be opposed to going with defense in the 1st round if the right player is available. I think Edge can still get the job done.
