The Cards are droppping their asking price for Boldin...

to a second round pick. Are they serious??? What the crap Cards? Three time pro-bowler, coming off his third pro-bowl appearance last season and you'll give him up for a second round draft pick? This is major B.S.!

Well it seems now like they are TRYING to trade him. I don’t understand not excepting the Ravens offer now.

Hey, hey, hey hey hey, watch the language, ok? I have a family.

Stupid

If the Cardinals trade Boldin for anything less than a first they are reverting back to the old Cardinals. 2 years of Boldin is better than anyone’s second round pick. I’m still not a big fan of even trading him for a first round pick because the draft is such a gamble you never know who is going to be a bust or a boom, at least with Boldin we know what we are getting.

he's not going anywhere

They are just trying to stimulate the market. See what they can get for him. I seriously doubt they will trade him.

You're right, this is all tactics

By seeing what they can get for them they are learning how much they can offer him and play the business game. If people were bursting down the doors for Q, then they would be obligated to trade him for commensurate picks or pay him what he’s asking. But after they opened the door to trades and no one came calling it allows the FO to offer him a fair deal and hopefully he’ll accept. Or else, he’ll be like Dansby and just play out his contract until he gets his chance to “make a splash” once he’s a free agent.

I don't

know what they are doing. It seems more like the lowered stance on picks is them trying to stimulate a bidding war and see which team would really want him. I am sure some other teams will offer something like the 2nd and 3rd/4th over others that just offer the 2nd round. I think we may see a trade on draft day tomorrow.

How about

A 1st, Lendale White, and Chris Henry for Anquan Boldin and Edgerin James

Hey, when you have the stereo and TV on, how do you change the volume on the stereo?

"If you have the stereo on..." Why do you have the stereo on while you're watching TV?

'Cause I like to party.

Edge has no trade value

Who would win in a fight, Whisenhunt or a Hurricane?
Hold on, hold on, what if the Hurricanes name was Whisenhunt?
Daaaaaaaaaa Cards, Da Cards Da Cards Da Cards Da Cards!!!

Too many conflicting reports

We have been subjected to so many conflicting reports about Boldin that it’s getting to the point of wanting to ignore them. If this one is accurate, key word being if, then I hate it just as much as everyone else does. Who knows if the Ravens really offered a first and Heap, according to another source Graves was quoted as saying he’d only received one offer, and there was nothing great about it.

Boldin

If they trade him, just another example of the stupidity of management. They have a great core especially with the addition of Chris Wells at RB.

Boldin

The Cards need to keep their line together. Next Feb get the ball to Fitz starting in the 1st quarter.
