Gruden to replace Kornheiser on MNF
Stating a "fear of flying", Tony Kornheiser will be leaving the MNF team replaced by Jon Gruden. Kornheiser was certainly polarizing in his opinions and perception by fans.

But I, for one, will likely find myself enjoying the MNF program more now. Seeya Kornholio! Gruden must be aiming to stay in the booth for awhile if he’s signing on to MNF.
We all leave footprints in the sands of time, just watch out for the discarded fish hooks!

He said he always loved MNF.
I think he is just taking a little break from coaching. I wouldn’t be surprised if this only last for a couple years.

Agreed
He’s still very young. This will give him a chance to wait for the right opportunity to open up.

Never liked Kornholio!
Always liked Gruden and am looking forward to his first game which just happens to be the preseason super bowl rematch between Arizona and Pittsburgh.
