Arizona Cardinals # 33 in ESPN Ultimate Standings
Wow! Playing in the Superbowl and settling in to the new stadium got the Arizona Cardinals a 51 place jump from 84th to 33rd in ESPN's (fairly meaningless and arbitrary) Ultimate Standings of 122 pro sports franchises. You can look at all the teams here.

Nice to see the Cards getting some respect. No more Rodney Dangerfield quotes for us.

respectability?
Are we the top NFC West team?
Also, I love that only 10 franchises in all of sports can say that they have better coaching than the ARIZONA CARDINALS. Who doesn’t love them some Whiz?

I think it's pretty fair.
I personally believe that the Bids got a bit of a bad rap here. They finally have a genuine revenue stream with the new stadium and it seems they are spending accordingly. I know an old rep takes time to be shed, but I think they are turning the corner. They just have to keep leaning right until the corner is fully turned.
When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome again. True story.
