…I’m not going to get to see this game until it re-airs late Monday night on NFLN and then I likely won’t see the game until I’m home late Thursday off the TiVo. If someone would care to write a post-game wrap up after the game that would be appreciated; I can clean-up/edit/add photos and promote the post to the front page for people to comment on the game.

The review is for a fumble after the interception. We lost as Lance Long had a foot out of bounds while recovering the fumble making it a dead ball and it stays the Chargers ball…

At least Matty proved it wasn't the other players.

He moved the ball quite nicely with the 3rd stringers and BSP still sucked even with the 1st and 2nd stringers.

Looked pretty good overall.

Was better this week in pass protection. Did only average 1 yard per carry on 6 carries but I don’t know if it was his fault or not I’ll have to go back and look to see if he got any god run blocking. The 152 yards on 2 returns though were awesome and if he does this in the next 2 preseason games he’ll make it awfully hard to cut him.

9 for 42 sounds decent, but

take away his 19 yard run and he was 8 for 23. 2.9 ypc sounds like his 2.8 ypc from last year. Our run game really needs to pick it up.

A lot of running backs in the league are like this.

They’ll have a couple runs in the games that go for about 10-20 yards and then the rest of their carries will be between 2-3 yards. Timmy looked pretty good overall, definitely looks quicker.
