Arizona Cardinals vs Indianapolis Colts: An Evening Injury Report
With Sunday Night's game looming, the Cardinals have already piled up an extensive injury list(16 to be exact). Today, safety Rashad Johnson tweaked his ankle in practice, and is now questionable for Sunday's game with just about every other player on the injury report. That news comes as important, due to Matt Ware most likely missing Sunday's game also. That doesn't leave much depth at safety, if any for Sunday. Also on the depth chart are right tackle Levi Brown, wide receiver Steve Breaston, and linebacker Chike Okeafor. All three are starters and if they were to miss any time on Sunday, it would impact the game greatly. Fortunately, Brown and Breaston are likely to play despite recovering from injuries, although the Cardinals are optimistic about Okeafor. Rounding out the injury report are linebacker Ali Highsmith, who is nursing a hamstring and is questionable, and Kenny Iwebema, who has been ruled out due to an ankle injury.
On the other side of the ball, the Colts have several players that are hoping to play on Sunday. Two of them who won't, is all pro safety Bob Sanders, who hasn't practiced this week, and wide receiver Anthony Gonzales, who will likely be out a few more weeks. The continuing loss of Sanders means the Colts are without one of their best defenders once again. Another all pro, Dwight Freeney, has missed some practice so far this week with a back injury, but returned to full practice today, and will likely play on Sunday. Freeney may still be recovering from the amount of playing time he and the defense faced last Monday night. Linebacker Gary Brackett is day to day, which means he could come down to a game-time decision. Also nursing injuries are cornerback Kelvin Hayden, with a hamstring injury, and linebacker Clint Session with an ankle injury.

Session and Freeney should go, Hayden might, I kind doubt Brackett does.
If Brackett sits you think you guys could sit Breaston to make it fair? The backup MLB is a massive coverage downgrade. Anyone that works the middle will have a much better day if Brackett sits. I’m just thankful you guys don’t have a great TE to kill that middle with.
The number of ways you can fool yourself is just amazing.

Deal. And as an add-on...
Manning for Ali Highsmith.
Life's too short. Be a fan. Orlando Magic, Arizona Cardinals,Tampa Bay Rays and of course "the U"! What a winning combo.

uh oh...
It’s official. Hayden is out too. This just went from likely win for my Colts to totaly Toss-Up. All I can hope for now is that Levi Brown can’t go and we can get some pressure on Warner before he shreds Tim Jennings.
