Russ Grimm a head coaching candidate in Buffalo
This was bound to happen but I hope we can keep him for one more year.

According to a source, the Buffalo Bills will request a head-coaching interview with Cardinals assistant head coach Russ Grimm, but according to another source, Grimm is expected to decline the request and stay with the Cardinals. Though Grimm wants to be a head coach, he’s not particularly intrigued by the Bills opportunity
In other words, this is old news
I wouldn't be to excited about coaching the Bills either
They need better talent Period. It will take at least 2 drafts and some heavy free agent spending to make them competitive.
While I get that, it's still one of only 32 head coaching positions in the nfl

His job now is way more secure than head coach of a losing organization.
If he wants steady salary and employment, he’s better off as an important member of the staff of a coach who’s about to get a fat extension than the head coach of a team that, while likely to fail due to reasons outside of his control, will still fire him if the team fails.
Boy do I disagree with that. :-) They need a solid QB and a little help on the OL. A LB would be nice and as always they need to build for the future. The secondary was second in the league in takeaway this year and Fred Jackson really came into his own down the stretch. The Bills were within one score of every one of their losses in the 4th quarter. A new attitude and a new QB can do wonders for a team – just ask Kurt Warner and Ken Whisenhunt. :-)

I have to agree. I figure a better QB can add two more victories and a new attitude can do the same. Who knows what refocus and redeication can do for a team. And if they don’t resign TO, they’ll have a little more money to buy a better LB/QB in FA.
Life's too short. Be a fan. Orlando Magic, Arizona Cardinals,Tampa Bay Rays and of course "the U"! What a winning combo.
