Vick to Cards?
Michael Vick to Cardinals anyone else seeing this RUMOR popping up? I think it might be a nice pairing if it did. It could be very interesting for both parties. Vick would be able to come in with a great receiving core, awesome RB situation, and a fantastic coach. Cards would get a real difference maker at the position if we lose Kurt Warner. Vick would have a huge following here in AZ I'm sure. Or is this just a total rumor with no substance?

I don't think it would work.
Lifelong Arizona Cardinals/Chicago Bears fan.
I can't stand band-wagoner fans, stick with your team, throughout the good and the bad.
He's not worth the 5 million dollars he would cost to have next season.
Plus, I doubt he would fit all that well in our system.
Never.
I have not heard this at all in any rumor circle. Either way I’m totally against it. He doesn’t fit our offensive scheme nor is he worth the money.
This would cripple our team and credibility. No sir, I don’t like it!

No
I like passing the ball. And I don’t our running game to take a step back. He claims to want to be a pure passer but his instincts won’t let him. He takes off way too early instead of staying in the pocket and delivering.
Life's too short. Be a fan. Orlando Magic, Arizona Cardinals,Tampa Bay Rays and of course "the U"! What a winning combo.

It'll take a while for him to re-learn the position
But someone will give him the chance. Just not us…
Vick will be
with the St. Louis Rams. Just my thought.
Arizona Sports (minus) UofA wildcats = Love!
My guesses are...
St. Louis, Carolina, Oakland, and maybe Washington.

Leinart is a better passer
Like CP used to yell during games AT Vick “You cant throw worth **** !”
Never do card tricks for the group you play poker with.
NFL.COM reports...
VIck’s current suitors are St. Louis, Oakland, Carolina, and Buffalo…and thankfully not Arizona.

McNabb?
I heard it the other way…Vick is going to stay in Phillie and McNabb is looking to come to Arizona. McNass lives in Chandler in the off season and is well liked and respected by many of the Cardinals team members. And I also heard that Warner thinks he would be a good fit. (Not sure where I heard it so don’t quote me in a court of law).
If I had to choose, I would pick McNabb over Vick. I don’t think Vick is that good of a QB. Although I think Wisenhunt would be a good influence, Vick just doesn’t fit with the Cardinals.
If Vick leaves Phillie, I hope he stays away from the Raiders. As a current Bay Area resident, I can tell you anyone on that team comes away tainted and hurt. It’s a toxic atmosphere that Vick should stay away from.

I hope not...
I’m here in Philly and personally not impressed with Vick as being the Cards starter going into next year.
If he comes as a back-up and pushes Leinart thats one thing, but of course he wants to start.
As much as I am not a “Matty boy” fan … I’d rather give him his chance and measure his upside (Maybe an Aaron Rodgers in waiting) then let Vick have the reigns with his undisciplined nature of playing QB.
Either way the cards have to replace the loss of a veteran QB with a veteran QB
No
way. The Cardinals do not need him and the drama he created. He told ESPN that he wants to go somewhere to be a starting QB. That should not be in Arizona. Don’t want McNabb either on the Cardinals.
He may be a 50%-60% QB...
…but as a Niners fan and division rival, I would not want to have to see Vick twice a year. It’s definitely more scary than Matt Leinart, that’s for sure.
