Case to get our minds right and keep John Lott
Washington just fired their Strength & Conditioning guy yesterday. No doubt they will go after John Lott. Reportedly the Cards offered him something but it was so low that he got an agent (not a good sign). I have decided to take matter into my own hands and am going to write the man a personal lettter. I am going to hand write and hand address it so he know there was effort put into it. I have his address and if any of you would care to do the same let me know and send them to me and I will send them all together.
When I first thought of the idea I felt like a tool and ridiculous but I figure its like voting, if I do my part and it doesnt work out then I can complain, if not then I have to keep my mouth shut. I doubt something like this would not work for a player because the money stakes are so much higher but for a guy like JL it just might and its worth my 5 minutes to try.

The man has to stay
Lifelong Arizona Cardinals/Chicago Bears fan.
I can't stand band-wagoner fans, stick with your team, throughout the good and the bad.
God they better resign him.
We’ll all need to go on strike outside the Bidwell’s office if they don’t
What? I didn't break it, I was just testing its durability, and then I placed it in the woods becuase it's made out of wood and I just thought he should be with his family.
Revenge of the Birds
how much?
What kinda money does a strength and conditioning coach make in the NFL? Agreed he needs to be signed but curious as to how much we r talkin’ about
By Mike SandoFORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Re-signing a strength-and-conditioning coach generally isn’t significant for public perceptions, but the Cardinals would have invited criticism had they let John Lott depart this offseason.
Lott has re-signed, XTRA 910’s Mike Jurecki reports and the Arizona Republic’s Kent Somers confirms.
Coach Ken Whisenhunt has credited Lott with helping the Cardinals reduce the affects of injuries even with a roster featuring quite a few older players.
Receiver Larry Fitzgerald has embraced Lott’s training regimen and managed to avoid missing games even when hurt. Fellow receiver Anquan Boldin has had a harder time staying on the field after conducting his offseason training away from the facility. Coincidence? Perhaps. But perceptions become reality in these situations and that would have been true for the Cardinals if Lott, whose return had to rank as a high priority for Whisenhunt, had gotten away.
