Ball is back in Leinart’s hand
Another article about Leinart from Yahoo. Basically, it says that he may have looked bad in mop up duty, but he played well against the Titans [especially the second half], and some of the struggles he has had were overblown because he was being compared to Warner, who showed he could still play like he did back in 99-01.

not gonna be easy for Matt
He polarizes people so much, if the season starts badly, say 1-2 with a division loss (same as this season), he will be hounded. I can visualize boos around UoP stadium after multiple three and outs. I don’t envy his job following Warner because the expectation, right or wrong, will be very much apparent. He will be given next season as a starter to get it right and if not he’s gone. He doesn’t need to be flashy, just being an average NFL QB will be fine, say QB rating of 80-85. I wish him well and say to Matt, be yourself. Your connection with Fitz is most important. Larry needs to continue to be a 1,000+ yard, 10+ TD receiver.
