So four weeks into the season and our second blowout of the year, (we had these before except they were Warner's hiccup games) is anyone else noticing the trend of how we come out running the ball then mix in some unsuccessful passes. Then punt it away and the opposition scores so we go back to running a 70/30 pass/run ratio? I think had we just kept pounding it at San Diego even when they took the lead for a couple of reasons. 1. If Rivers and Co. arent on the field they cant score points. 2. The Howling Beantower is looking freakin' elite. 3. Our Oline excels in run blocking and on the same hand they stink it up that much when it comes to dropping back and making a pocket. 4. Wearing down a front seven can only help the previously mention terrible pass protection. 5. Fitz isnt looking up to par, Breaston was out, and Doucet is out. 6. It helps to see how much depth we really have so it can all be addressed this offseason regardless if we win the superbowl or dont win another game this season. 7. It is only week 4 and we are 2-2 in a log jam for the division so all of you bashing Whiz please go EFF yourself, and LAST but not LEAST things could be worse, we could be Niners fans, right?
