RotB Pick'em: Week 12 Results & Week 13 Picks

PrintAnother favourable week of picks is going a long way to making the first half of season a vague memory of ineptitude. Clearly participants had a lot of goodness aside from eating and family on Thursday as the Patriots woke up to handle the Lions, the Saints survived the Cowboys, and did the Bengals even travel to play the Jets? The UFL Championship once more came down to the last play as a blocked field goal attempt prevented the Tuskers from sending the game to OT securing Las Vegas' repeat championship. The Falcons own Atlanta, the Chargers own Peyton, and the Texans own the Titans. And the Cardinals, well, I was actually getting comments of sympathy from the 49ers fans at the pizza joint I watched the game at in Sacramento. It's official: the Cardinals are pitiful.
Congratulations to scsa69 with seven correct guesses. The standings are tightening up for the home stretch and this season's champion could await their crown pending the final week when the entire slate of games are picked!
Another elimination week is on hand as CARDSxFAN32 knows well enough by now. Next week will see a larger chunk of "fat" lopped off the carcass unless Drullin'OverDaCards, toolman234, Irishcardinal, and SenSurround start making picks once more.

You have to pick the whole Pick’em Schedule before the first game’s kick-off, so missing Thursday forces you to miss the whole week. I have been posting the thead on Monday to give everyone an extra day to place their picks.
Looking ahead I can see IND @ TEN for next week being on the schedule, then we won’t have an “early” game until the DAL@ARI Xmas Massacre Revisited. “Show Me the Money!”
