Around SBN: Auto Racer Jeffrey Earnhardt Excited to Make MMA Debut

Take a look

So after looking at the power rankings this week, I compared them to last years around this time and this is what i got...

..... Its crazy what a year can do to us.

They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself. -Andy Warhol

Star-divide

We are now ranked 28th in the ESPN Power Rankings - Meaning we pose 0 threat to the league.

A year ago we were ranked 5th and three games up in the division. Teams were scared to play our pass attack. We were dominating.

One year ago we were one of the leagues best teams, now we are labeled as one of the worst! We pushed away a lot of talent and got some back in return. But to me Whiz has to see that we aren't the Steelers. We haven't built a team that is solid every way, and we cant let people go skipping out the door.  After watching this year i just think he lives in la la land. I can see plenty of things wrong with us, and yet he preaches we are a great football team with bad luck. No its not bad luck, its bad Coaching all around. Warner was our OC, and made all the Decisions on O. Something that Whiz now has control over, but has show 0 creativity and effectiveness.  Whiz has shown that he wasn't the reason for our success, Warner was. As much as i hate saying it.. We need to change a lot more now, or we will continue to sink in the future.

Andy was right, we made some changes ourselves.

Lets look at our changes from biggest to smallest:

1. Kurt Warner to Anderson

2 Anquan Boldin  to Ducet?

3.Karlos Dansby to Porter (not really cause he is an OLB)

4. Antrelle Rolle to Kerry Rhodes

5.McFadden to Skelton

6. Cut Mat Leinart

7.Cody Brown (WASTE OF A 2nd RND PICK) to Will Davis (6th round)

8. ETC.

What is your thoughts on why we went from the most feared teams in the NFL, to the team everyone loves to play?

My thoughts on these 7 changes.

McFadden to Toler, not Skelton. Well, McMuffin sucked anyway. Toler could still develop into a decent corner.

Cody Brown to ??? Guy never played. Will Davis did. If anything you could say Brown to Schofield with the injury comparison. With as thin as the team has been at OLB cutting Brown was a surprising move.

Dansby to Lenon / Washington, not Porter. Obvious letdown. Washington could / should become as good or better. Just can’t expect him to be so immediately.

Berry / Okeafor to Porter. Not actually a let down there regardless of the expectations with Porter.

Boldin to Breaston. (From #3 to #2) Breaston to Doucet (#4 to #3). Still don’t understand how this is even significant. Anderson would throw it just as far over Boldin’s head too.

Warner to Anderson. WTF?!?! Did someone spike the coffee machine with LSD when they were watching film on Anderson?

cutting Cody Brown and Matt Leinart look like the two biggest bonehead moves in quite a while

And not necesarily b/c they are future Pro Bowlers, but instead b/c we were already very thin at both positions.

I can not agree more with your assessment. Whiz has an overinflated ego (choosing an undrafted rookie QB over a Heisman QB was a glaring example) and wants to take all the glory (takes over as offensive coordinator even though he sucks at it). He keeps on preaching about leadership quality while he himself lacks one. There was a reason why the Steelers passed on him as their head coach.
