The View From The Stands: Pictures From The Cardinals Win Over The Broncos
I promised that I would bring my camera and take some pictures during the game, and I have a few of them to share with you guys. Overall, it was a good game to be at, the fans were loud, the stadium looked like it was mostly filled up, I bought a Pat Tillman jersey, and all of the Cardinals fans in the building got to witness a big win while all of the Broncos fans left with a frown on their face. I'm glad I was able to buy them off of CardsFan08. There was also a ton of people chanting "We want Tim Tebow!" at various times during the game, I don't know if any of you guys caught it on TV but from where I was I could hear it very well.
Pictures after the jump.
First time I've seen the statue, the other times I have been to a game I was in the orange lot and I went into the stadium in the entrance by the lawn. This time, I made sure i got to see the stadium, and I got a picture with it even though I had a hard time keeping my eyes open because of the sun.
One of many.
My seats after I got in about 20 or 30 minutes before the game began, following a long walk outside the stadium after buying the Tillman jersey on the in the shop near the lawn and walking all the way back to the red parking lot.
Girl who sang the national anthem, did a good job.

And now Larry Fitzgerald has his record.
Nice hat.

Feely after his Touchdown
Walter Payton is one of my favorite players... so I'm actually okay with this.

Almost saw as many of these as the Elway jerseys.
Another one for Timmy
And now the Daryl Washington/Darnell Dockett TD... This all happened fast.
Cheering during the 2 minute warning, the place was almost empty at this point too.
Game over, 43-13.

I saw quite a few people wearing jerseys that weren't for the Cards or the Broncos
There was a couple wearing a Manning and a Brees jersey on the bottom of the section I was in near the sidelines.
Lifelong Arizona Cardinals/Chicago Bears fan [I have always lived in Arizona, dad is from Chicago].
I can't stand fair-weather/bandwagon fans, stick with your team(s), throughout the good and the bad. And don't switch to whichever team wins the Super Bowl each year.
I never understood that
Why would you wear a jersey from a team or sport that has nothing to do with the game you’re attending? I understand you may not be fans of either team but seriously what’s the point of an Cowboys jersey at this game or a Steelers jersey. Makes no sense at all.

Great pics Joe
Thanks for these. Was actually in town for the game, but watched from home. Heading back to Afghanistan on Wednesday. Love the fact that Whiz left Skelton as QB. Let’s watch him grow for the rest of the season.
GO CARDS!!!!!!!!!

Cool pictures
That’s a nice stadium. I’ve been to 3 games there. My brother’s season tickets are just down to your right from where your seats are.
We all bleed Cardinal Red, but most of us don't recognize it!

Great pics Joe!
Thanks for the shout out!
Just as a reminder to all ROTB members, I sell half of my games in the seats shown (Section 103, Row 19) each year at the cost to me ($75×2 (face value) + $25 for Red Parking + $15 facility use fee = around 200 total ) just so I break even and can maintain my season tickets.
I prefer to sell them to Cards fans so we can protect the nest. They’re around the five yard line and I sit around great fans in my section.
If you’re interested in buying a game next year I’ll be posting which games are available again as the next season gets closer.
