We need an offensive coordinator who is creative, has expectations and who holds players accountable. Say what you want about him, but I would love to get ol' joshy boy on our staff. Lets let grimm walk for the panthers, get McDaniels. Look what he turned Orton into. We need to to get a O coordinator, whiz has too much on his plate. He needs to worry about managing the team and the apathy and the lack of discipline. McDaniels has had great success as a coordinator and I would love to see his intensity on our sideline next year. That combined with a good D coordinator and we would be laying a foundation of success. I am realizing more and more the importance of coaching and this year was a rude awakening in that front. The Cardinals have way way way to much talent on both sides of the ball to be this bad. your thoughts?
