So I assume
since Foote is coming here that he has already been to Washington and they either didn’t want to pay him enough or he wants to hear what we have to offer. Either way with the four of them sitting down for some grub together and talking about the ‘good ole times’ and the potential of creating some new ones, I think this will play out in our favor.

I think that there is a good possibility that the Cards FO may spend a little bit of cash to bring in Foote and Porter, and continue to draft youth who can learn from some awesome veterans.

I’ve heard Porter’s a good locker room presence, like Andrew said. Not sure beyond that.

I expect the Cardinals to offer 2 year contract to both. I don’t see them offering more, in terms of years, to one over the other. My expectation is to have both signed no later than Friday morning.
Also, this will make my off season. With Rhodes, Porter, and Foote joining the D, I think we will have upgraded our defense.
