Seeking Mock Draft Help!
Hey there Cardinals fans,
I'm doing a community mock over at Stampede Blue (Indianapolis Colts SBNation blog) and I've got the Cardinals.
The way it's set up I might not be on the clock for a few days or so, which made me think I could come here and get some input from you guys on what you think the most important needs for the Cardinals are. I've got a few areas in mind, after a few of the FA's left and the retirements but your input would be greatly appreciated.
One of the very intelligent people at Stampede Blue, who knows what he's talking about, suggested I go with an ILB who fits the 3-4 scheme. Input on that would be greatly appreciated as well.
Thanks in advance!

Sound advice
Since we’ll need a long-term replacement for Dansby. However, if you look at the way we’ve gone about signing free agents it’s clear that we’re lining ourselves up to be in a position to go with the best player available at #26.
Having said that, look for our choice to be a LB (ILB or OLB) or an OL. Probable candidates, in my opinion, are Sean Weatherspoon, Mike Iupati, and Jerry Hughes. If they slide unexpectedly, look at Sergio Kindle, Brandon Graham, Dan Williams, and Rolando McClain.
Good Luck.
Thanks!
Didn’t know OL was as big a need, I’ll note that. I’m definitely looking into the LBs. Thanks again

In terms of depth
it really isn’t, but the attitude of our front office is that you can’t have enough good linebackers and OL. I’d still definitely lean towards a LB in your mock.

Eh.
Since we’re picking so late in the 1st round, and we have a multitude of needs, you’d be best off just going BPA.
If an OT (Anthony Davis, Bruce Campbell.. I’m not a Trent Williams fan at all) or OLB (Jerry Hughes, Sergio Kindle, maybe Brandon Graham) slips, then they’d be perfect. Mike Iupati would’ve made sense before the Rex Hadnot signing, but I’m not sure we pick him up now. Sean Weatherspoon is definitely an option at ILB, but I doubt he’ll be available for you. Terrence Cody or Dan Williams make some sense, too.
Ok with the Joey Porter signing what should I go with?
Kindle, Campbell, Spikes, a WR, or someone else? I have till the end of the day to decide. I’m narrowed it down to Kindle/Campbell but I want your input.
