Divisional Opinions on Leinart vs. DA

I was curious to see what the Seahawks, the 49ers, and the Rams blogs had to say about our signing DA and thought everyone else might like to check it out as well. Seems the Seahawks are too mad at their FO for giving up an arm and a leg for Whitehurst to notice, the 49ers think they own the division and that we'll be switching QB's more times then they will so much that they start arguing about punctuation, and the Rams are wondering if it's safe to let Bulger go. The common opinion seems to be that we got DA to start over Leinart, or to pick up when he fails. It's gonna be a fun season.

Patrick Willis' opinion on DA: @DAallday Derek, welcome to the NFC West. Looking forward to introducing you to the turf in our first game.

Funny Stuff!

Thanks for the links! Pretty amusing stuff from the Seahawks fans:

“You Could have had Kevin Klob for your 2 first round picks”

“I hope There isn’t a person on here that would be enticed to make that trade. I would seriously consider trading the 14th for Kolb but I’d rather punch myself in the balls until I passed out then to trade both 1sts for an unproven QB.”

“You know you can get help with that. "

“We could give up our entire O-line for a bag of Cheetos too. Both firsts for Kolb would be flat-out stupid.”

Worth reading for the amusement factor!

Let 'em think that

I hope all niner fans continue to think they own the division now. I hope the media and all the “experts” keep saying this as well and unanimously pick the niners to win the NFC West. It will only help the Cardinals, who under Whisenhunt have performed much better when people write them off. This may be a ‘transition’ year, but that doesn’t mean we’ll just hand over the division. Let ’em think that though.

I couldn't agree more...

I know it ticks me off when I read this garbage, so I can only imagine what it does to the players. Let them keep underselling the Cardinals. They’ll all look that much dumber at the end of the year.
Can’t wait to see how Alex Smith performs when he is EXPECTED to win the division.

They've been saying that

ever since the Seahawks went on the decline. Every friend I have that’s a 49ers fan is the most arrogant ass in the beginning of the season. Halfway through the season they realize Patrick Willis can’t score enough touchdowns to make up for their shit offense and they’ll also soon realize an amazing WR is worthless if your qb can’t throw the damn ball to him. If anyone can be considered a bust it’s Alex Smith, former number 1 OVERALL pick, not just a first rounder like Leinart.

And once that realization hits

they end up rooting for my Cardinals in the POSTSEASON!

I can't believe the 49ers fans thought that we still took a lot of deep shots.

Me and Toolman mentioned on there that there were a lot more short passes this year, and that Warners longest pass was 45 yards.

Lifelong Arizona Cardinals/Chicago Bears fan.

I can't stand fair-weather/bandwagon fans, stick with your team, throughout the good and the bad.
