UPDATE 2 Well, that didn't last long.

"The South Florida Sun-Sentinel confirms that free agent FS Antrel Rolle is in the process of finalizing a deal with the Giants.

The Giants look to be in the process of making Rolle one of the NFL's top paid safeties with a contract that may approach $8 million a year over five to six seasons. The Dolphins apparently never got serious about signing him."

I don't know who to believe.

Mike Jurecki says it’s down to the Phins and Cards, while this guy says Giants and Cards.

Sounds like we'll be finding out soon either way

What? I didn't break it, I was just testing its durability, and then I placed it in the woods becuase it's made out of wood and I just thought he should be with his family.

Well most know I'm a "U" fan.

That can be a double edged sword. On one side we have Rolle, who should stay just to continue his trasnformation if for no other reason. But on the other side…….Rosenholdyouhostage is a Hurricane as well.

Life's too short. Be a fan. Orlando Magic, Arizona Cardinals,Tampa Bay Rays and of course "the U"! What a winning combo.

First ******* away 100 million on Eli even though he is not worth anywhere near that much...

Now they are giving Rolle the 8 million a year Rosenscumbag asked for.

Lifelong Arizona Cardinals/Chicago Bears fan.

I can't stand fair-weather/bandwagon fans, stick with your team, throughout the good and the bad.

Deal is Done

5 years, 37 million with 15 million guaranteed. Highest paid safety in NFL history.

Had this not been an uncapped year...

these numbers would be no where near as big. I bet most of the guaranteed money will be in the first year so that next year when the cap is back, their contracts are more in line with where they should be.

Life's too short. Be a fan. Orlando Magic, Arizona Cardinals,Tampa Bay Rays and of course "the U"! What a winning combo.
