ILB Larry Foote to meet with Cardinals on Monday.
He's reported to meet with the Washington Redskins as well but you'd have to assume Arizona can throw more money at him with the loss of Karlos Dansby and possible loss of Antrel Rolle. Foote would also be more familiar with the several former Steeler coaches including head coach Ken Whisenhunt.

There's a +.
Life's too short. Be a fan. Orlando Magic, Arizona Cardinals,Tampa Bay Rays and of course "the U"! What a winning combo.
+1
What? I didn't break it, I was just testing its durability, and then I placed it in the woods becuase it's made out of wood and I just thought he should be with his family.
Revenge of the Birds
I'm hoping we draft Weatherspoon in the 1st round.
I think he would be a great fit for an ILB in a 3-4. I just hope he lasts that long.
Still I’m not against signing Larry Foote.
I thought Weatherspoon was supposed to be an OLB?
Could be wrong I just thought that’s what I saw in most mock drafts.

Positions
He can play both. Projects better at ILB

Perfect
Hayes and Weatherspoon seem like they’d be a great combo then. Hopefully we can pick up another guy with one of our 3rd or 4th round picks, I’m pretty high up on Angerer from Iowa, and he can learn from Hayes and Foote.

Revenge of the Birds
I have said it before
When you consider the contributions to the team from Fitzgerald, Centers and Wilson. The Birds need more dudes named Larry. Foote would be a good signing in my screwed up little world
13- Warner, 23- Sandberg, 40- Tillman, 11- Walter
Waaaait a second
Why do we need two career weakside ILBs? Are we releasing Hayes now, too? Both of these guys are very similar players, aren’t they?
I think
you’re getting it backwards. Hayes is the strongside ILB. Foote plays the weakside. I won’t say that he’s Dansby, but he been productive throughout his career and is used to playing in the 3-4.
Correct
My only concern is that Foote isnt a 4 down backer as was Dansby. Wait and see what happens I guess. maybe if they re-sign Ware with the recent addition of Rhodes ADub slips in to play ILB on sure passing downs.
