Around SBN: MLB Trade Deadline: Who is available around MLB?

He just signed a 5 year 37 million dollar contract. And the G-Men have made him the HIGHEST PAID SAFETY IN THE NFL.

Tough day for Cardinal Nation....

According to Urban

The Cardinals offered him the same damn thing….

Lifelong Arizona Cardinals/Chicago Bears fan.

I can't stand fair-weather/bandwagon fans, stick with your team, throughout the good and the bad.

Why would he come back after what management did?

would you come back to a team that reneged on a signed contract? would you have any trust that they wouldn’t do it again?

please explain?

Life's too short. Be a fan. Orlando Magic, Arizona Cardinals,Tampa Bay Rays and of course "the U"! What a winning combo.

OVERPAID OVERPAID OVERPAID

While I like the guy, he’s not even one of the top 3 Safetys in the league…while I wish we could have kept him, I’m glad we didn’t overpay.

Rolle isn’t better than A. Wilson so from a team management standpoint releasing him was best move for the team.

:/

If he plays phenomenally for the Giants we are going to get a lot of “told you so’s” from the naysayers here…

They are who we thought they were!

Meh

While you’re absolutely right, his future play doesn’t change the present circumstances. We’re all agreed that he has room to grow as a safety. Maybe he does it, maybe he doesn’t. Either way, he cost a ton, and didn’t want to come back anyway. He has never been worth more to us than Wilson.

The naysayers are going to find something to say no matter what happens.

There are better offenses in the NFC East than the Rams, Whiners, and Seahawks.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he struggled against Austin and Jackson.
