Earlier today a three team trade was announced between Detroit, Denver, and Philadelphia. Denver sent TE Tony Scheffler and a 7th to Detroit, Detroit sent LB Ernie Sims to Philly, and Philly sent a 5th to Denver. Most of this doesn't mean much to the Cardinals except for the fact the Eagles were projected to take a LB with their first pick the draft, possibly Sean Weatherspoon, the same position the Cardinals desperately need to address. Now that the Eagles have their LB, they'll most likely look to another need first causing their possible LB pick to fall to the Cardinals. Hopefully this increases our chances of getting a top tier LB. Thoughts?
