Arizona Cardinals Photo Of The Day: Adrian Wilson At OTAs

I'm trying something new since we're in offseason mode - just go with it. This photo is officially my new wallpaper. Amazing. I hope he keeps the black visor during the season - much more intimidating.

The black sleeves could also work for intimidating people.

Lifelong Arizona Cardinals/Chicago Bears fan [I have always lived in Arizona, dad is from Chicago].

I can't stand fair-weather/bandwagon fans, stick with your team, throughout the good and the bad. And don't switch to whichever team wins the Super Bowl each year.

Hope he keeps those too

What? I didn't break it, I was just testing its durability, and then I placed it in the woods becuase it's made out of wood and I just thought he should be with his family.

reminds me of the

guy on the horse all in black looking for ring, in lord of the rings, in other words, intimidating.

It’s intimidating that’s for sure. As long as it doesn’t affect his game.

I'm going to make him look like that in my copy of Madden.

I rented it and they just screwed up everything.

The X-Box one is much better.

On the Wii they just screwed up all the graphics and the game itself is so easy you can just wave the remotes around in random directions and win the game.

I wouldn't play it on the Wii

If you want a very good Wii game get Mario Kart. My Favorite hands down. I play Madden on the 360.

are NFL players really intimidated by black visors and sleeves? It might look cool for TV but I think players respect talent not appearances. On any given play proper execution trumps a visor.

I think players in general can be intimidated by elite players

Do you think cornerbacks don’t get nervous when they have to cover Fitzgerald for the first time? The black visor and sleeves are just an added effect. Of course not every player is intimidated.

I tried him [with my slightly customized rosters where I fiddle with every team to make it more like how I feel it should be] out against the Brownies

He played pretty well.

Nice

Just make sure you trade Quinn to the Broncos. But even if you had Jake Delhomme there it would be the same result.

I'm waiting for Madden 11

I was hoping to get a pick with Wilson in that one, but Rolle got it instead. I got two of them with Toler as well.

Thats why I got so mad when they took Warner out of the game.

I mostly fiddle with the ratings, and if I move the players to other teams it is usually just for that one round.

He also used the visor in minicamp, OTAs and training camp last year, but when season came he didn’t use it. Last year he also changed to the Ridell Revolution Speed helmet – the newest, and safest, helmet from Ridell.

Lot of shake-up going on with NFL helmets. The licensing deal the NFL has with Riddell is part of it…

Your picture has A-Dub wearing #9?

I hope that’s just an OTA thing. What should I do with my 24 jersey?

by Cuckoo for Coco Puffs on May 26, 2010 6:09 AM MDT reply actions

That was his High School number. The High School retired his number so he was wearing it this offseason in honor of that.

If you remember last season he wore number 2 to signify that the Cardinals were only second best. He’ll still be #24 during the season.

He has been making more plays for me in Madden after I added the visor, I need to keep that thing on him.
