Matt Leinart to the New York Giants?
Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio is reporting that the Arizona Cardinals locker room is "buzzing" about a rumor that Matt Leinart will be dealt to the Giants.
Not 100% sure whether to believe it or not but it's a "rumor running rampant at the team's facility" according to Florio.
UPDATE: Jay Glazer Tweeted that the Giants have no interest in Leinart since he doesn't want to be a back up. Which pretty much disproves the poorly written rumor by PFT's Florio. Maybe can go back to saying the Cardinals want JaMarcus Russel and Marc Bulger.

If he is traded, I would rather see him go to the Giants than the Raiders or Bills

I've been a fan of the guy since he came here
I don’t want him to go to an organization that is quite awful right now like the Raiders or the Bills.
Its like with Boldin, if he is going to go somewhere, at least make it a place where he has a chance of success.

I don’t think the Raiders would want him because they want a downfield passer, which Leinart isn’t. The Bills might be interested though. Seattle could happen too.

With his contract and demands to start
a trade probably isn’t realistic. I think if anyone is interested they’ll wait for the waiver wire and see if we go that direction.
