Like Beanie, Breaston has a torn meniscus. He is going to miss a couple of games.

Why are all of our receivers getting injured! Some of the rookies need to step up now...

Just saying

Maybe if they didn’t have to worry so much about whether the pass is going to be accurate, then they would be able to worry more about staying healthy.. cough DA cough

Ouch, that hurts...

Breaston is the only receiver that Anderson seems to be able to connect with, with some regularity. Hopefully the running game can turn it up a bit and carry us through for a while.

At least he should be back in time for when the softer part of our schedule after the bye week starts

man do u suck

well be fine. DA will step it up with Fitzy and the run game’ll carry us along with a great D.“as long as we can give em a break between series” have some faith damnit

delusional..................

When is everyone going to realize that the DA we’re seeing is the same DA who has been less than adequate his whole career. I love Fitz, Hightower and everyone else just as much as the next ROTB fan but let’s get real here. I bet everything people are saying here about just give DA a chance they’ll pull it together is the exact same things they were saying about him in Cleveland, hopefully Whiz will figure that out sooner than they did in Cleveland though.

Wow....

We already have our future QB…Leinart had a handful of chances with the best WR duo in the NFL…Ya know the same guys that Warner set records with in the last couple of post seasons…Brady, Brees, or Manning would be stinking it up like DA right now if they were appointed starter one week before the start of the season…Go take your negativity elsewhere…McNabb isnt all that and a bag of chips, I was calling for Vick, but was more than happy to get Anderson…

mann..

your crazy if you think that manny, brees,brady..would be stinking it up right now. ML did a great job when he got the call hours before the game. and DA just sucks!! when we are in week 8,9,10 he he is still stinking it up then what?do we still say oh he’ll do fine it is only week 10

Who's to say

He’s stinking it up in week 8,9, and 10? You gonna be talking how bad he sucks if by week 10 we’re 7-2 or 8-1 or even 5-3…and call me crazy then apparently you dont remember when Manning or Brees first showed up for the Chargers or Colts…Brady sat…

by Cardsfan928 on Sep 29, 2010 1:02 AM MDT up reply actions

you said right now, not when they fist started

i bet if you put mannig, brees or brady on our team right you cant tell me that we wont automatically be a superbowl contender.

+1 for spelling. Oh, wait.

I am facing it, we do suck

But I’m not going to go back to the Leinart crap. I look forward.

Why are we becoming the Mets of football?

This hurts big

Steven Williams is going to have to step up his game, and Andre Roberts is going to have to make the catches.

I think playing with Fitz will help the rookies a lot.

That’s bad news but then again I really don’t think our season don’t start until after the bye week. I think our chances of us winning against the Chargers and Saints are slim. So hopefully all our guys should be 100% after the bye week.

obviously all you guys posting have only been watching the last two years. Watch some highlights of anderson whenhes comfortable and checkout our D.we are 2 and 1; yes they were both ugly wins and the loss was even worse but watch, we will take the NFCwest no problem. MARK MY WORDS, and maybe DA would play better if he had u supportin him

At least he knows that he needs to get better, and he is working at it.

LOL

He’s been needing to get better for the past two years. What makes you think this is the year he does it? The QB play has been terrible. DA caught lightening in a bottle one season 3 years ago and has stunk up the field ever year since.
I’m not sure which offseason move was worse? Signing Anderson, Not signing McNabb, or dumping Leinart.

I was wondering, "Why is that Frisbee getting bigger" and then it hit me.

Enter the era of Smashmouth....

Cardinals style…80/20 ratio…If we hold it for 40 minutes I bet we win most with a score of 21-10 give or take a few

by Cardsfan928 on Sep 28, 2010 11:46 PM MDT reply actions

That would be sweet, but...

The O-line has to be prepared to do that. Whiz said before the season began that he thought this O-line was the best the Cards had ever had. So far they seen to be lacking in way too many areas.

The O-Line is much better at run blocking than pass blocking, so it could work.
