Arguably the best players at their positions. If the Cards had a chance at one of them who would you want them to go for?
Revis shuts down an entire side of the field drastically narrowing the window for opposing QB to get the ball to their top WR.
Matthews plays with a chip on his shoulder and keeps QB up at night when he's not putting them on there ass.
Revis would work well with DRC and Toler. If they matched Revis, DRC and Toler on the other teams top 3 wide receivers the Cards would have the other teams on lock down.
Matthews would be the missing piece to the Cards pass rush. He plays with a nasty attitude and would bring immense talent and leadership to a young LB core.
Now my real point after the jump
Patrick Peterson or Von Miller?
Both players have been compared to their counter parts at the top of this post.
In my opinion Peterson would have to be the pick if he is available at number 5. Elite corners are rarely found outside of the first round. If he turns out to be the best corner in the game do we really want to have the team that passed him up?
As for Miller how do you pass up the best OLB coming out of college when that is the biggest need meets best player available?
My answer is easy if Peterson is still on the board.
Now give me your's
