The Kolb Knob
Note: I do not want Kevin Kolb if he can not be signed as a free agent.
So after the worst offseason in my time of following the NFL offseason, the billionaires and millionaires decided to quit acting like old lady's and get back to giving us something to follow. The rumor is Kolb is coming and we are shipping off DRC, with Andy Reid possibly wanting more than that, to me that is just plain crazy talk. There have also been whispers of Seattle entering the Kolb sweepstakes. The one team I have not heard about making any noise is Washington, and while I think Shannahan may be changing the way things are done over there in D.C., something tells me Dan Snyder wants a shiny new piece to his team, given that Kolb has to be the shiniest name rumored to be on the market (Not that he is deserving of being considered the best QB), and given what the rumors Philly's asking price is I think Washington takes a fleecing at the hands of Andy Reid. Does anyone really believe that they are going to go all in on John Beck this year?

Sorry, but it is gonna happen.
Lifelong Arizona Cardinals/Phoenix Suns/Chicago Bears fan [I have always lived in Arizona, dad is from Chicago].
Thats my hope too
My fears with Kolb are more about him justifying the price that we will have to give up. Such as just being decent when you give up a ton to get him here expecting him to be a franchise guy.
I’ll support Kolb until his play or the way he acts off the field gives me a reason not to. But I hope he gives me reasons to support him.

Unbias view
Not really a Cards fan, but certainly not an Eagles fan….
If I were the Cards, I would rather have Orton for a 3rd or 4th rounder than Kolb for DRC and a pick..
and I think that is actually not too far off base, because I am pretty sure that’s what Philly will demand. I honestly, for your sake, hope the management goes Ortons way… a quality starting CB and a mid round pick is too much for Kolb.
All men are created equal. Its just that some men are more equal than others....
A lot of us do prefer Orton because it would cost less to get him

S#%t!
I don’t want Kolb because he is the same as Leinart! Why do Phx teams keep doing this crap to me!!!???
How is he the same as Leinart?
Leinart has absolutely no work ethic, Kolb does and it shows in the limited amount of games he played. That comment is ridiculous.
Jason Peters: Heart of a Lion, Face of a Chipmunk.
Eli Manning has the personality of a baked potato.
Well,
Leinart had just as many good games as Kolb, and more experience to go with it.
Really? Please show me Leinart's "good" games that match up with Kolb's
To a hammer, everything looks like a nail.
