Just a day after sharing information that has Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Evan Mathis interested in joining the Cardinals, there is now more to the story. Mathis, who has publicly expressed his dislike for the Cincinnati Bengals as an organization, is already here in Arizona.
It looks like this might be a mutually beneficial relationship.

If he is already here, let's get him signed. Plus, the team already has a need at guard.
The only question would be, if Mathis were signed, would the Cardinals still go after Deuce Lutui? If so, that would leave Mathis and Rex Hadnot to battle for the starting left guard spot. Mathis has played more left guard in the NFL, but has played some right guard as well.
