If we can get Larry signed to a large contract this year some of the bonus will come off the cap this year... so pay him instead of 7 pay him 20 this year and make his numbers lower for the rest of the years.  Thats just me figuring you reward him this year for his service and its like a guarantee because we all know we will never cut him this year. So Im figuring a 6 year deal (including this year) for 68 Million (someone just got 5 for 55 and fitz is way better)

The Break down:

If I understand how contracts work Signing bonus is spread over the contract so what I would do is:

12 Million signing bonus

Cap Hit:

First Year: 22 million (this year) if we have the space use it

Second Year: 12.2 million

Third Year: 10.2 million

Forth to Sixth Year: 7.8 million

Use the cap space we have to get him signed.
