Reports point to Jeff Fisher taking Job with Rams

This report is tentative from what I've read and should hopefully give all Cardinal fans a big sigh of relief. With this situation supposedly coming to an end. What do you believe should be our next step in the coaching staff changes and what do you believe will improve our staff as a whole. Lets hear your guys's comments, ideas and any feelings you may have as to this news that has not yet been completely confirmed but looks most promising.

My opinion of this news

I think it’s great of course as it hopefully takes RH out of the running. As for our coaching staff, I still think we need to bring Haley back as it would be a definite upgrade and would bring back some excitement.

We also need to bring in some more fresh ideas/talent. Someone for Horton to teach his system to just in case he departs next year.
