What do you think of this created logo for the Cardinals. It comes from gridiron-league.com.
This is the thought behind the style:
"Gridiron League is a collection of idealized NFL insignias that pay tribute to each team's history and geography in a period-specific aesthetic that glorifies the Vince Lombardi-era over the Cold-Activated-era. This is not an exercise in nostalgia but an interpretation of the league's founding principles through the symbols that we, as football fans, identify with most."

From the non-intimidating color to the somewhat effeminate “Cardinals” script to the “is that a cardinal or a fat swallow?” image, this is a terrible logo.

Not a fan
Looks very baseballesque, which while there is nothing wrong with baseball, is not a physical sport like football. This image makes me think nice unicorn filled thoughts rather than pound the rock and sack the QB.
But nice try.
Just a guy, because I was born that way.
It looks great for a beer league coed flag football team.

I sort of like the retro look of it BUT
I’ll also agree with everyone else that the bird looks all wrong and not a big fan of the script.

Very lame red color scheme. There should be a better cardinal head in the center. Lettering isn’t consistent from bold capitals to cursive. I would be ashamed if that was my design.

With the Cardinal removed. Gotta have the official Cardinal on it, IMO. Don’t like the cursive at the bottom either. Doesn’t fit with bold letters.

Giants(1. its hideous 2. it says football on it)
Cards(its just that the bird head looks obese, everything else I like)
Seahawks(are they the Seattle Oceans now?)
Rams(wow… just wow)
Rest are Meh

A lot of the backgrounds in the main pictures and words have like the exact same texture behind it.

Worst one...
Is definitely the Rams. WTF? It’s just text. The “R” and “S” are blue and the “AM” are yellow. That’s it. Some scritpy “St. Louis” underneath. If I were them, I’d want my money back. I could have designed that with Microsoft Word.

the color difference in the letters don’t mean anything. It would al least been clever if the middle letters were MO or something…. alas, it’s just crap and an afterthought.
