The Houston Texans get their first ever playoff game, and will do so with a rookie third-string quarterback in T.J. Yates. The Cincinnati Bengals counter with their own rookie signal caller in Andy Dalton. Yates beat Dalton in Cincinnati already, can Dalton return the favor in Houston?

i think they need to just make it a flat 15 yard penalty. if you get called for PI on a long pass it’s automatic points.
