Well here we sit 4-1.... Nobody (except me) could of ever guessed we would be three games over .500 at this point in the season. Hell most "experts" (not me) picked the cardinals to not win 4 games all year. Now the tough part, picking the next 5 games. The first four were easy i don't think i reached too far in picking the games so I am going to keep it real for the next five.
Buffalo (w) - I think the extra rest, along with a bad buffalo team equates to a nice win in classic cardiac cards style 24-19 with a broken up pass in the end zone on 4th and goal from the 4. The cards needing a kneel down get Kolb crushed as the other team lunges for the ball pulling a "what ever the hell that coaches name is" play. Kolb breaks ankle, makes decision easy for Wiz
Minn (L) - Minn showing flashes of being a really good team, (amazing what a first round pick of Matt Kalil can do, maybe someone should of yelled, screamed, kicked, to do what ever it takes to get him, oh wait, I DID, i also screamed for DeCastro). Anyways cardinals come into the game remembering the jack stomping they took the year before, if our d can confuse Tom Brady it can confuse anyone. Alass cards find a way to lose, they always lose a game or two a year like this....
SF (W) - Im going out on a limb here taking the cards to win the game it will probably be a classic 9-6 game one way or the other. Skelton gets sacked 8 times, smith 7 times. The reason for the win i think is our home fans. We are too good at UofP to let this one slip through our hands. this would be our 10th win in a row at home if that is the case. Also Darnell Dockett brings his pet alligator to play on D and soaks the niners pants in chicken broth the night before.
GB/ATL - Now I'm grouping these together because I think they will win one and lose one. The reason im saying this is because i really dont know which one. Cards play poorly after a Bye (atl) but if Atlanta is still undefeated at this point in time i think they come in over confidant, and cards pop the cork for the 72 dolphins. At the same time GB is playing poorly but we all know they have it in them to win. I dont know who to choose.
Ten games in cards stand at 7-3 with 6 remaining. This is by far the toughest stretch of the season for them so if they go 3-2 in this area that is great. luckly we have a bye separating a tough back to back road game schedule, Cards continue to play up to their level. Now it could very well be that they win vs Buffalo, Minn, and GB but i feel they will come out of this with a 3-2 record.
MY POSTS ARE LIKE MONEY...... no really why didnt i put 100 on my first five picks i would of won like 5 grand....
