There are some marquee games set for the late games on Sunday. The Texans face the Packers. The Giants face the 49ers. The Patriots travel to Seattle to play the Seahawks. Which way should you go for your picks against the spread? Here are our picks:
New England Patriots (-4) at Seattle Seahawks: This is a very intriguing battle. The Patriots offense has started to get on a roll and they now run the ball very well. They play a Seattle team that stuffs the run and play at home. This is a tough one, but I honestly think that Tom Brady keeps the team on a roll. Pick: Pats, -4.
Buffalo Bills at Arizona Cardinals (-4): Buffalo is reeling and desperate. The Cards are seeking to rebound after an embarrassing loss on national TV. Buffalo's defense and Arizona's offense are equally inept, but the AZ offense has put points on the board at home. Their defense? It is top 5 in scoring. Plus, the Cards just win at home. Pick: Cards, -4.
Minnesota Vikings at Washington Redskins: There is no line for this game, but that is due to the uncertainty of RGIII playing. He is expected to, but no matter. The Redskins don't play well at home. Pick: Vikings.
New York Giants at San Francisco 49ers (-6.5): This is a HUGE game. I would not put money on it, but the Niners will want to avenge their playoff loss. They have looked like perhaps the league's best team. But Eli Manning and the Giants are no slouches. I expect Manning's play to be the difference. Pick: Giants, +6.5.
Green Bay Packers at Houston Texans (-3): The Pack are reeling. The Texans look incredible. However, they did not look that impressive against the Jets. This is the game they slip up and also the one the Packers get back on track. Pick: Packers +3.
