Cardinals vs. Bills: What the Bills fans were saying during the game

Mark J. Rebilas-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

Ever curious as to what the opposition is thinking as they play your favorite team? Well, hope no longer.

Although the Cardinals should have won their game against the Bills, we have to hand it to Buffalo. They played a tough game on the road and edged out a victory in overtime. The past 5 teams the Cardinals played in OT couldn't even do that. Still, this was an ugly loss for Arizona. Kevin Kolb and Kerry Rhodes were injured, the offensive line was awful yet again and the defense did not play as well as they probably should have against a struggling Bills offense.

While we are all bummed out here at ROTB, Bills fans at Buffalo Rumblings are ecstatic. They are tied for first in the AFC East and have a chance to be above .500 entering their bye week. So, obviously, their game thread was rumbling with chants of joy as the Bills beat the Cards, 19-16.

Here is some of what they were saying:

4 real fred?

After the fumble on the first possession of the game.

Whew...

Yes, yes they did.

Scrub Jones vs Elite Peterson

Let's throw it up and see what happens!

I wasn't sure I was going to like the white helmets but seeing them in the practice footage, I've got to say that I love the look.

Obviously, Buffalo fans were not overly excited with the prospect of Ryan Fitzpatrick throwing the ball against Patrick Peterson.

BOOM!

SAFETY!!! ATTA BOY KELSAY!!!

by APhoenixDestiny on Oct 14, 2012 1:31 PM MST actions

well we have the lead

the defense blew up a 21 point lead against the Pats, if they want to prove themselves they stifle the Cardinals offense now and take some pressure off the offense.

Cautiously optimistic..

There's the Williams Wall we paid for!

On the "Buffalo, please for the love of God draft a quarterback in 2013" bandwagon.

Mario Williams showed up big time against Bobby Massie.

2 terrible throws by fitz

I wasn't sure I was going to like the white helmets but seeing them in the practice footage, I've got to say that I love the look.

Fitzpatrick being a nice guy and helping his hometown team.

This sounds vaguely familiar

Lets fire the OC.

Where did our OC learn to coach?

Powell is the RB we're gonna make known this week?

by ATribeCalledDOOM on Oct 14, 2012 2:17 PM MST actions

William Powell showed up big.

Outcoached

Really being out coached here. The Cards adjusted after the first quarter and we havent. It's time to realize we just arent a very good team. So tired of rooting for this team.

But not for long.

Good game, Bills fans. Good luck to you the rest of the season because I hate Tom Brady more than you know. We will see you again in a few years.
