While Rhodes will not play, the defensive depth is improving.
The final injury reports have been released and for the Arizona Cardinals it means that we know for sure that two players will not be on the field on Sunday when the team plays the Minnesota Vikings. Quarterback Kevin Kolb and safety Kerry Rhodes have been ruled out for the game, according to the team website.
Neither of them practiced on Friday. Linebacker Reggie Walker and fullback Anthony Sherman also did not practice, although they have not been ruled out. Sherman is doubtful and Walker is questionable.
Cornerback Greg Toler is still recovering from his hamstring issue and did not practice all week. He is doubtful.
For the Vikings, defensive end Jared Allen is probable, running back Matt Asiata is questionable, S Robert Blantonis probable, linebacker Marvin Mitchell is questionable and safety Mistral Raymond is out.
