The Cardinals lost, but which player stood out the most?
The Arizona Cardinals came away having lost their third straight game. They could not put points on the board when they needed to. They ended up losing 21-14, even though they held Christian Ponder to 58 yards passing. Even still, there were players on the Cardinals' side that stood out.
But should be our Cardinals player of the game?
RB LaRod Stephens-Howling
The Hyphen had a career day. Starting at running back for the second week in a row, he carried the ball 20 times for 104 yards rushing and a touchdown. He also caught four passes for 45 yards.
Roberts had yet another great game. He hauled in seven passes for 103 yards and a touchdown. That now makes five TDs on the season. Is anyone talking about how the Cardinals need a number two receiver? Not anymore.
Washington showed up a big way again. He had a pair of sacks. With two sacks he has six on the season and it was the officially the first time he logged multiple sacks in a game. It actually was the second time. The first time was against the Eagles, but one was taken away. In addition to the sacks, he also had nine tackles.
So...which of these three guys would you say was the Cards' player of the game?
