Another practice, another injury report. Calais Campbell is still ailing with a calf injury and it is looking less and less likely that he will play this Sunday. Kevin Kolb has not been officially ruled out yet, but he is virtually a no-go. On the bright side (I guess), Adam Snyder was upgraded to a full participant and will likely play against the Falcons.
Here are the full injury reports:
Falcons
DNP- Kevin Cone (groin), Julio Jones (ankle), Charles Mitchell (calf), Sean Weatherspoon (ankle)
LP- John Abraham (back), Stephen Nicholas (groin), Vance Walker (ribs), Michael Turner (groin)
FP- Mike Peterson (foot), Johnathan Babineaux (thigh), Harry Douglas (ankle), Tony Gonzalez (shoulder)
DNP- Calais Campbell (calf), Kevin Kolb (ribs)
LP- Jamell Fleming (back), Todd Heap (knee), Jeff King (knee), Mike Leach (back), Greg Toler (hamstring)
FP- Kerry Rhodes (back), Adam Snyder (quadricep)
Reports indicate that Julio Jones and Tony Gonzalez will be game-time decisions, but I would expect them both to try and go.
It will be interesting to see what the Cardinals try and do with the tight end position. Both King and Heap may have to sit this week, but that isn't a for sure thing. We will see what the Friday reports say.
