The Star-Ledger-US PRESSWIRE
Thursday's injury report shows Cardinals wide receiver Andre Roberts still did not participate in practice.
The second injury report of the week is out and it appears that the Cardinals may be a little thin at the wide receiver position this weekend when they travel to New York to take on the Jets. Andre Roberts still has not practiced and was listed as a 'DNP' with an ankle injury. Early Doucet and Laron Byrd were both limited with ribs and head injuries respectively.
Even the Jets are having some trouble at the wideout position. Chaz Schilens was upgraded to a full participant after being limited on Wednesday with a hip injury and concussion symptoms. Jeremy Kerley, one of New York's more versatile receivers, is also up to full participation now with an array of injuries. Clyde Gates still isn't looking good and is a DNP with a concussion.
Here are your full injury reports:
DNP: Andre Roberts (ankle)
DNP: Clyde Gates (concussion), LaRon Landry (heel)
It appears Landry was injured in practice on Thursday, as he was listed as a full participant the day before.
FP: Jeff Cumberland (wrist), Kenrick Ellis (knee), Dustin Keller (illness), Jeremy Kerley (heel/hamstring/illness), Nick Mangold (thumb), Joe McKnight (ankle), Calvin Pace (shoulder), Bilal Powell (shoulder), Mark Sanchez (back), Chaz Schilens (concussion/hip), Bart Scott (toe), Matt Slauson (knee), Kyle Wilson (illness)
There were a few players that seem to be getting worse for the Jets at the week goes on including Landry, Moore, Sapp and Wilson. We will see if they are all able to go on Sunday.
