Kickoff time: 1:00 PM EST/10:00 AM MST, Sunday, November 4, 2012.

Where: Lambeau Field, Green Bay, Wisconsin.

TV info: The game will be broadcast on FOX channel 10 in the Phoenix metro area. In the Green Bay area, tune into FOX WLUK 11. The game will be broadcast in Arizona, Wisconsin, Utah, New Mexico, Southern California, New York, many states in the Midwest and the New England area. Check this chart to see if you are covered.

TV broadcast team: Joe Buck and Troy Aikman will have the call.

National radio info: Tune into SIRIUS channel 137 for the away (Cardinals) broadcast or 92 for the home (Packers) one. Westwood One will also be carrying the game. Check your local listings.

Local radio info: If you live in the Phoenix area, tune into 92.3 FM KTAR for the Cardinals game called by Dave Pasch and Ron Wolfley. For the Wisconsin/Green Bay area, WTMJ 620 AM and WIXX 101.1 will have the game.
