This is it. It is the last game of this, the 2012 season for the Arizona Cardinals. It happens to be against a very difficult matchup in the San Francisco 49ers.

Do the Cards even have a chance? Can they pull off an upset and perhaps knock the Niners off of the top of the division?

Can Larry Fitzgerald have a great game? What about Brian Hoyer, who is making the start at QB?
