Cardinals make another Offseason move releasing UDFA Marc Wilson and adding LB Quenitin Groves.

Groves was drafted by the Jacksonvile Jaguars with the 52nd Overall Pick in 2008. He played two seasons there, racking up 43 tackles, 2.5 sacks, 2 pass deflections, an interception, and a forced fumble. Following the 2009 season he was traded to the Oakland Raiders for a 5th Round Pick in the 2010 Draft.

While in Oakland, his stats were slightly better, but still not eye popping. In 2 seasons he had 64 Tackles, 0 Sacks, 4 Pass Deflections, 1 Interception, and a Forced Fumble.

During the 2008 NFL Combine Groves was found to have Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome. It's a rare disease and isn't listed as critical but you need to take care of it, either by medication or have surgery, which is listed as 'minor'. He was afraid that teams would pass on him, so his agent had the doctors who performed the surgery send an email to NFL teams that Groves would be fine, and cleared him to play.
